Microsoft Office Live Small Business has a free, easy to use web designer tool which allows you to create a website without the need to know how to do HTML/CSS coding. It has 500MB of storage space and you can also upload your own HTML website via Office Live’s webfolder (drag and drop!). This is a free service from a big brand, so you can be sure of privacy and security policies and Microsoft is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) for the first year (this is optional, as you can use a free subdomain provided by Office Live). While it’s targeted at small businesses, it works very well for personal sites, fan sites, hobbies, church, charities, non-profits, etc.
